What items are returnable / Refundable?

You can return your items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

• Once you receive the package (we will verify the delivery date), please inspect the order and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
• They must be in original condition

• Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

• If items are returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

How should I clean my 3D printed cutter?

• Always clean your cutter by hand using only lukewarm water. Do not use hot water, do not place it in the dishwasher, and do not soak it. Exposure to heat or harsh cleaning methods can warp or damage the cutter.
