Standard Orders

We make and dispatch standard orders on the next working day after purchase, Monday to Friday. Only in exceptional circumstances may dispatch require one additional working day.

Weekend Dispatch

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Although our printers and laser machines may continue working, weekends are our only family time with our three daughters. 💕

Free Shipping

When free shipping is offered or selected, we use the most economical delivery service available, which is normally our slowest shipping option.

Although delivery is free for the customer, the shipping cost is still paid by MEG Cookie Cutters. Free shipping is not an express service and does not guarantee delivery by a particular date.

If your order is urgent, please select the 24H delivery option at checkout. If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether the deadline is achievable.

Our final weekday Royal Mail collection is approximately 4:30pm.

⚠️ Please remember: dispatch time is not the same as delivery time. We dispatch standard orders on the next working day, but the delivery time then depends on the shipping service selected at checkout.

24H & Royal Mail Special Delivery – Same-Day Dispatch

If you need your order dispatched on the same working day, Monday to Friday, you must:

• Place your order before 12pm
• Select either 24H or Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout
• Call or WhatsApp us immediately on 07460 401154 so that we can confirm and prioritise your order

Please note that 24H is not a guaranteed next-day delivery service. Royal Mail aims to deliver it on the next working day, but delays can occur.

If you require guaranteed next-working-day delivery, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout.

Same-day dispatch is only guaranteed once it has been confirmed by us. Orders placed after 12pm, or orders not confirmed by phone or WhatsApp, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Once an order has been dispatched, delays within the Royal Mail network are outside our direct control. For this reason, we cannot guarantee arrival by a particular date when the 24H service is selected.
Delays with Royal Mail Special Delivery are extremely rare, but exceptional disruptions can occasionally occur. Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, any delay within their delivery network is outside our direct control.

The next-working-day guarantee is provided by Royal Mail and remains subject to Royal Mail’s terms, conditions and service exclusions. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Personalised & Custom Orders
Personalised and custom orders may take approximately 5–7 working days due to the additional design and customisation required.

Large or Complex Orders
Large orders, alphabet sets or more complex products may occasionally require additional processing time, particularly during sales or very busy periods.

Urgent Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We can then confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

Worldwide Shipping 🌍
We ship to most countries worldwide, including the USA, Australia and Europe.

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges outside the UK are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note:

• Personalised and custom-made products may be excluded from promotions.
• Gold Mirror Acrylic products are excluded from percentage-off promotions unless the offer specifically states that they are included.

How to Clean Your 3D-Printed Cutters

To keep your cutters in the best possible condition:

• Wash by hand only using lukewarm water.
• Do not use hot water.
• Do not place them in a dishwasher.
• Do not soak them for extended periods.
• Keep them away from direct heat.
• Dry thoroughly before storing.

3D-printed materials can warp or become damaged when exposed to excessive heat or harsh cleaning methods.

Personalised and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described.

Processing normally takes approximately 1–7 working days, depending on the complexity of the design. During exceptionally busy periods, processing may occasionally take longer.

To keep our prices as affordable as possible and reduce unnecessary packaging, multiple cutters or stamps may be packaged together.
