Standard Orders
We aim to make and dispatch your order the next working day after purchase, Monday to Friday.

Weekend Dispatch
We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Our printers and laser machines may continue working, but weekends are our only family time with our three daughters. 💕

Royal Mail Special Delivery – Same-Day Dispatch
If you need your order dispatched the same working day, please place your order before 12pm, select Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout, and call or WhatsApp us on 07460 401154 to confirm your order.

Our final Royal Mail collection is approximately 4:30pm.

Personalised & Custom Orders
Personalised and custom orders may take approximately 5–7 working days due to the additional design and customisation required.

Large or Complex Orders
Large orders, alphabet sets or more complex products may occasionally require additional processing time, particularly during sales or very busy periods.

Urgent Orders
If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We can then confirm whether we can meet your deadline.

⚠️ Please remember: dispatch time is not the same as delivery time. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery times are outside our direct control.

How to clean your 3D printed cutters

To keep your cutters in the best possible condition:

Wash by hand only using lukewarm water.

Do not use hot water.

Do not place in a dishwasher.

Do not soak your cutter for long periods.

Keep away from direct heat.

3D printed materials can warp or become damaged when exposed to excessive heat or harsh cleaning methods.

Personalised and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where an item is faulty.

Processing can take approximately 5–7 working days, depending on the complexity of the design.

During very busy periods, processing may occasionally take longer.

⚠️ Please note that we cannot provide individual packaging for every product.

We work hard to keep our prices as affordable as possible, and individual packaging for every cutter or stamp would significantly increase both material costs and packing time.

We are a very small family team — just myself and my husband — and every order is prepared and packed by us.

Your products will always be packed appropriately for shipping, but multiple items may be packaged together.
