Our workshop is currently closed for our summer holiday. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Orders placed during this period will enter our production queue.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

We will resume making and dispatching orders from Monday 17 August.

Please note that this does not mean every order will be dispatched on 17 August. Orders will be made and posted strictly in the order in which they were received, so your individual dispatch date will depend on your position in the queue.

Please order only if you are happy to wait while we work through all holiday orders.

ROYAL MAIL 24H

Royal Mail 24H usually takes approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.

The 24H service refers only to Royal Mail’s delivery time once your parcel has been posted. It does not mean your order will be made or dispatched within 24 hours.

ROYAL MAIL 48H

Royal Mail 48H usually takes approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

The 48H service refers only to Royal Mail’s delivery time once your parcel has been posted. It does not mean your order will be made or dispatched within 48 hours.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY

Special Delivery orders will receive absolute priority.

Orders placed with Special Delivery during our holiday closure will be prioritised for dispatch on Tuesday 18 or Wednesday 19 August.

Selecting Special Delivery gives your order priority in the production queue, but it does not mean it will be dispatched before 18 August.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders will also begin to be processed from 17 August and will be completed strictly in order of purchase.

International delivery estimates begin only after your parcel has been dispatched.
